electrical prob
Well I am hooked up to the shore power, 50 amps, and all of a sudden I am getting a low voltage light.
I went out and checked the surge protector, it shows good.
Checked the cb in the battery compartment, it's good.
The lights are very dim however the TV is working fine as weel as the lights on the microwave..
Nothing is blown in the cb box.
Any suggestions?

Well DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH the only thing else thats left in the system is ------------------------- yup you guessed it THE CONVERTER!
UNPLUGGED
Not sure how that happened but it's fixed now.
Three days of pulling and I would guess that the lifeline batteries received no charge. We didn't notice anything until tonight.
Oh well I'm back in business.

Ponch I've noticed that the things that most often bite me in the hiney with these RV thingy's are the things I've forgotten to turn on/off or set/reset. In my case, a fairly frequent occurance with advancing age. Haaar!
Hang in there, and relax with a cold one.

Reminds me of the time we checked into a CG after a real grind of a day.
That morning was a rushed departure, the roads, traffic, poor directions all played my patience thin...
Then we arrived, and starting hooking up.
After all was done, the AC power was screwy....only one side seemed to be hot, but testing with a VOM at the post said it was OK..
I looked everywhere for the problem....nothing I could find...
So, in a huff, I contact the CG manager...I tell him HE has SCREWY power over here.
HE says...ahh...OK, I'll be right over....
Well, long story short: If your Marinco twist-lock connector on the 50 amp cable (trailer end) gets turned J u s t enough ..you'll have screwy power !
Gave that yellow twist-lock a little twist and presto I have full power, and simultaneously I turn into an twit....
As Bruce said, it's always the little things you should check first!
