Hydraulic Jack Leak

Our MS has the side to side leveling. Back in June we had or door jack changed out due to a leak at the plug on the side of the jack. Yesterday I noticed ATF on the jack pad of the door side rear jack. Found the plug on that jack is leaking. It is an allen screw head. Do the plugs have o-rings or seals or does the entire jack have to be replaced?

I had the same leak last year. I just tighten the allen screw tighter and it stopped leaking. I think it is just a pipe thread with no "O" ring or gasket. If that doesn't stop the leak you might try using teflon tape on the threads but be careful not to get any tape in the fluid.

Good luck.

I too had a leak on one of the level up jacks. I replaced the "o" ring and all is good.

Tightened, still leaks. Did not find an "o" ring on plug.
