Roller crushing Floor

This past summer we were at Paul Cross’s Indiana Interstate Enterprise repair facility getting a few things fixed. Showed his tech the floor in front of the refrigerator and stove seemed to be sloping outward. He put a level to it and it was, but we had reasons that we couldn’t stay any longer and it wasn’t all that bad so we left. Recently was checking out the MS (stored at our home) and noticed that the middle roller is gouging the linoleum and making tracks in it. Checked out that roller and it appears to be still attached to the structure it is supposed to be attached to. Prior to going to Paul’s, I had some kitchen slide adjustments done in NC.

Gunship Guy has posted: “Just used a floor jack and a piece of wood long enough to reach from the jack to the slide support. Jacked the slide up about a half inch and slid the roller back into its bracket. Took all of 15 minutes.”

My questions are:

What is the slide support? The metal arms that actually move the slide in and out? Where on the support do you place it, if it is that arm, near the body or near the outer edge?

Also, is there an adjustment to the roller? When I looked at mine, doesn’t appear to be one.

What to do about the roller compressing the flooring?

Did a search and didn’t find what I was looking for so I appreciate any enlightenment any and all are able to give me.
