Mikey:

Not to rub salt in an already open wound but the Canadian contingent attending the rally here in Branson have more than made up for any lack of libation or epicurean enjoyment deprivation that you may be enduring north of the 49th! Haaaar!

This rally thingy (our first one) sure is a hoot! The organizers have certainly gone above and beyond ensuring our enjoyment!

Hang in there Mike! Light is in the end of the tunnel and your Suite will be there soon! We will all have to hook up and do a weekend in Ontario once you guys are rolling!

As Bruce said, the rally was great and wish more folks could have come to enjoy the fun and friendship!

Cheers,
Bill

Just though of something. Are you guys sure you are Canadian, I didn't hear one 'EH!' all week. . Nice meeting the Bstarks and seeing the Billr's and Collies again. If you guys do get a weekend planned br sure and post it, maybe some of us 'SOB's (south of the borders) might be able to make it. Do we need a passport to get in and out??

No Passport required for Canada Eh...

As far as I know, if your driving your own vehicle accross the 49th, you are good to go with basic Drivers License & maybe one other piece of identification.

Passports are better, sometimes quicker.

We should all find a great spot and have a mini-rally.
I'm into that for sure.

We could pick a spot that is fairly close to the border crossing at Alexandria Bay/ Welsley Island.

I know of one CG that has space for over 200 hundred in a rally type setting.
Water & Electric for like $22.00US. per night
It' a beautiful park, on the water, with all kinds of ammenities, and super-friendly family owned.

Heres a link : http://www.rideauacres.com/e-home.html

They even put us up one night in March, there was two feet of snow on the ground, and we were on our way home from a 9 week southern tour.
We asked to pay, and they said : ''On the house'' !

The more I type, the more I like this idea.....

Hope we can make this happen.

Rick

Tom: Not to worry, I'll leave the border guys an ample supply of the latex gloves on my way through, I'm sure I've got some I've only worn once or twice while "dumping"! Haaar!

Rick, sounds like a good idea taking shape.
