I haven't used my wind sensor since 2006. The darn thing would wind up the awning when the temperature got above 95. BTW if the motor and or clutch goes out on it be prepared for some significant sticker shock.

Anyone know of any RV salvage yards, similar to auto salvage yards?

I'm not sure if this is the same one, but there is one out near Carthage, Missouri. When there was an SOITC rally in Carthage one year, some made a trip out there. I didn't go, but they said that whatever place it was, it had a lot of stuff.

I think it is this one:

Thanks Terry.

They came up in my Goggle search and I contacted them. They are checking their inventory and will get back to me.

Indiana has the most RV Salvage or Discount stores. We were parked next to a guy in OH a few years ago who would always make the trip to Shipshewana to get parts for his Montana.

Try Bontraeger RV Surplus in White Pigeon MI. All new parts bought from dealer, warehouse and factory closeouts. They have a web site or call 866-483-7017.
