Wireless on water

I'm a new member and hope that I can find some help with my problem.
I own a 2011 DVR Elite Suites equipped with a WOW remove control fob.
Looking at the module, inside the coat closet, a green light is flashing 8 times then 12 to 14 times rapidly.
Nothing is working using the remote control fob.
Can it be reset?
It tried contacting Advanced Wireless Control Systems but to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated very much.

Curly.

I don't know if this will help you, but here's a link to an owner's manual online for the WOW system. Down towards the bottom of the last page, there is a reference to what looks like a green light that states that rapid blinking may indicate that all the WOW remotes have been erased. There is also information on programming remotes.

Incidentally, WOW also means Wireless on Wheels.

Curly,

You are quite welcome. I'm glad I could help. While our 2010 has the same system on it, I've only used it once. When I found that when operating the slides that all three operated in a sequence instead of me being able to control each one individually, I've never used it again.

Wingnut,

C'mon, Man. This is me responding. My ego says that I have to be able to find the right information at the right time....

....oh, how I wish that were true.

Well, I've got the same problem as Curley and have follow the same set of instructions, but to no avail. Still dead in the water as far as the remote goes.

Any further advice on this subject would really be appreciated.

Thanks!
