Private CampGround WI FI Signal

So, you pay the campground for a signal on one IP. Great but they don't tell you the signal is so lousy its like watching paint dry while screen refreshing or just drops off.

Are there any solutions on improving the signal. I have researched boosters and extenders but you need access to a router.

Our Canadian data rates are very expensive, which limits the hot spot usage.
