Pin box frame

We have had very few problems with our 2004 Prowler AX6. That said I have read about pin box frame problems in the past, ours just came last week after 6 years on the road. After taking apart some of the frame, I found that 2/3 of the frame are made out of sheet metal bent into a C channel (I am sure my Trail-Air pin box made the frame last this long) but the frame is not made strong enough for a 38ft. 5er. I have been working on the frame for 3 days and I think I will be done in another 2 days and I think it will be strong enough and better built than the factory.

Larry & Kathy plus Meeko who loves 32 deg temp
