2017 Prime Time Crusader 29 RS no water

Can anyone tell me why my shower has no water coming out? I have good water pressure in the bath room sink and also kitchen sink. We have only owned this trailer for 3 months and this is the first time we dewinterize it and added water. Also, when the fresh water tank is full the tank monitor is still showing empty ! Not a happy camper right now about my new 5th wheel camper

If the sinks are working, there has to be a blockage in the line to the shower...have you taken the hose off the shower control and see if any water then will come out?
IF you don't have EITHER hot or cold, then I would guess there is a problem with the shower control itself. There should be an access hole somewhere the behind the shower wall in order to access the back of the shower where the hoses connect.

I've only taken the shower head off. It does drip, but no pressure. I will have to check and find the access to the back of the shower.

Probably not much help, but tracing the water lines back to where they split off from the supply lines--if there is a clamp, you can take the joint apart and see if water will pump there. But, easier said than done with the way they hide things now, and use PEX lines/clamps.
I still think the plug is in the shower head.

Thanks for the ones on giving advice on my camper issues. Thankfully, I contacted the dealership where I purchased and the wonderful lady that I talk with sent a technician to the house and fixed all my issues. RV Four Season in Loveland CO is awesome to work with.

Did the tech say what the problem was?
And that is unusually great help from a dealer--thanks for mentioning them.

Didn't talk to the tech. He replaced the shower controls and locks on the cargo compartment. Not sure what he did to fix tank monitor and water leak
