Samsung tv

We have a 2017 Nashville and we want to get behind the tv in the front living room but don't know how to pull it away from the wall that it is hanging from. Tried pushing it in to see if it would unlock from the bracket but no such luck.

If you look from the top down behind the tv with a flash light you will see a silver bar about 1/4 of the way down. Push that down and it will unlock the bottom of unit from the wall. Then lift up and off. On my unit there actually were some 90 degree angels screwed to the top in addition to keep it from maybe jumping up and falling off. I do know that depending who installed your unit, the clamp may be installed upside down and you will have to reach up and push from the bottom instead. Good luck

Can't look down the top to see any brackets the tv is pretty flushed only leaving inches and it's impossible to stick a hand in that space. We're trying to get to the hdmi on the TV set

I have no additional suggestions for you. Yours looks about the same as mine, except I can put my hand down behind it. I did use a flashlight and a mirror to check things out before starting to determine what was what. Maybe that would work for you? If your hand won't fit maybe a tool handle or something? Good luck.

The mount on my '17 should be like yours. It's a MorRyde TV1-081. I have a lot of trouble trying to post pictures/attachments, but do a search and you'll find it; it's just one page.
