I removed the inner glass with a 90° sharp tool and cleaned it up. Some of the heavier deposits required a razor blade to scrap off. I got some https://www.dkhardware.com/3-8-x-3-8...duct-5914.html and put it back together. I then used https://www.dkhardware.com/black-dow...uct-12823.html and chalked all around. I've got two of the three big windows done so far.
