Early in this thread someone wrote, "one cannot expect perfection" and I ask, why not?

If you look back at all the postings in this thread, you could say that the 2005 to 2008 models were well constructed with fewer warranty repairs. The 2009 and 2010 models required more and some times, significantly more repairs. I fall into the "significantly more" repair category. While I am extremely upset with the things that needed to be fixed, I am still very happy with my unit, the quality service provided by Dave Titus at International RV, Paul Cross at Indiana Interstate Enterprise, Tom Peck and Ryan (?can't remember his last name) at DRV.

As for expecting perfection, I also purchased a 2010 F350 King Ranch and a year later and 25,000 miles I have had zero problems - zero. Now that is perfection.

I hope we continue this dialog and continue to hold DRV accountable. I for one, would like to see DRV continue to make Suites and stand behind their product.
