We had some problems with this flooring. If you get it wet, it will swell up at the seems. Ours did. I thought if you did put a foam insulator under the flooring, it would buckle and brake from the weight of the rollers. Your unit must be newer than mine, because ours do roll over the vents. In fact the vents are bent from this action.
