What model year is your RV?
Sounds like the hydraulic fluid issue Lippert had a few years ago when the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid being used in the hydraulic system was too light. They solved the problem, as I understand, by adding a thickening fluid to the hydraulic fluid.
If you are still under warranty, I would call DRV. If not, I would call Lippert.
