There is no info as to what unit you have. Ours is a 2011 with the Dometic system. At first I had a lot of problems programming the system (old guy). First off you have to enter in the current time on the clock before the system will do any thing. You than have to program the zone(s) and program(s) 1 &2. If it still does not work after programming checks fuses and breakers etc. I'll try to check back here and see how you made out.
