Best way to check all the tanks/discharge valves is to take time to get everything emptied that you can (don't want some black water on the ground...). Then open one valve at a time and run water to see where it shows up at. Clean water only--open one, nothing? then go to next one. You'll figure this out before long.
Most tank level indicators are notorious for not reading correctly, at least shortly after being put in use--may have to get used to it.
The 2 BT labels are prob just a stupid mistake at the factory--if that is the worst that happens on a new trailer, consider yourself very lucky.
Generally, you would have only 1 BT and 1 GT--but many units can have 2 GT valves due to floor plans.
