Our 2 FF fans were sticking also. Called FF and they sent me 2 packets of pure silicon, 2 alcohol wipes and 2 packets of 303. Clean the rubber with the wipes and then rub the silicon on. Then clean the lid and apply the 303. Haven't had a problem since.
