Congrats!! Ain't life grand?

I can only answer your first question also. We just bought two very inexpensive over the door hooks and hung them over the washer/dryer/closet door. Perfect for dry and wet towels.

I wish I had gotten the fireplace. I, for some reason, think it is electric, and apparently it puts out quite a bit of heat in the winter. My dogs would have loved it. Oh, well.
