I ran across this forum when I was looking for a Bighorn schematic. Just my two cents, but I feel we also got a lemon. We traded in our 2006 Cedar Creek thinking we were buying up when we purchased a 2009 Bighorn 3670RL. We had it customized at the factory and it was to be shipped to the dealer in Idaho in time for Christmas. Our first indication of things to come should have been when it didn't arrive on time. We eventually found out due to a miscommunication somewhere it had set on a lot for 4 days instead of being shipped out. When we finally got to pick it up, during the walk through we noticed several things that were wrong (light switches upside down, an accordian door instead of a swinging door among other things) but by that time we were in a time crunch and had to take it and head back to California. We had barely gotten half way home when the furnace went out. This was a real problem due to the fact that we were traveling in January and it was snowing. From the time we got it home it was one thing after another. For the most part Heartland honored the warranty, (although not without a fight sometimes) but now the warranty has expired and things are still going terribly wrong. The chance of getting decent trade in value seems to plummet more every day. We'd better hurry if we want anything at all! Rest assured our next RV will NOT be a Heartland product.
