Wing is giving you some excellent advice. Nev-R-Lube is a good bearing set, but yours are aging out. This will probably be the last time you will ever need to change them. He is correct that they are specific to that axle and you can not change the bearing type.
If you have that much wobble I would change it before any more travel. Not a fun job on the side of the road. Good luck
