We were about to pull into Red Lobster last night and the couple that was with us got a call from the campground that 'some alarm is going off in your trailer'. We headed out to check it out and it was the LP detector. I told him that when we had that problem it was the battery. We checked the battery and it was hot and had water boiling out. I had a spare battery so we took his out and put mine in. That stopped the alarm but we sat and had a cold one to make sure it was going to stay off . He said that it was a good thing I was along because he would never have thought to check the battery. Hopefully it was a bad cell and not overcharging.
