Terry, I didn't know there were boards up in the ac units? Must have been behind a sheet metal enclosure when I was cleaning up the unit. Maybe its dirty? Let me know what you find out, Thanks

Joe, I understand all you said except this reset process for the stat's. I'll have to check into that. When I said gently blew out the temp sensors that's what I did, made sure they were clean. You say be sure its in 'auto' mode, that shouldn't made a difference, should it? It didn't in my old Travel Supreme anyway and its the same type controller. Thanks
