Check the hose connections to the leg and the hydraulic distribution manifold / switch connection. If there is no leak there then the ram has a bad seal. The solution to that is to replace the ram. They do not rebuild them. It's not a real bad job but you'll have to be able to jack the front end up so the ram is at full extension and hold the trailer there. The retract the rams and remove the bad ram from the trailer. It's just two hoses and a couple bolts. You'll need to make sure you have the proper replacement ram from Lippert before you do this.

BTW that ram is under warranty (5 years) from Lippert so you need to contact them to see if they have a tech center nearby.
