Escape hatch

Being disabled, I would never make it over the dresser and out of the escape window in the bedroom. And even if I did, I would kill myself from the 10 foot drop. My wife and I are planning an escape door at floor level on the right side of the closet. In that location, it would be easy for me to back out of it, and with a thick rope, easily slide the 6 feet to the ground. I need a door, hopefully painted a DRV color about 15~18" wide and 18 ~ 24" tall. Does anyone have one? I've given up on jsum24.
