Thanks, anijet, I see the holes. Mine are in the top hole. I put a call in to DRV and got voicemail. I sent them an email from the warranty link on their website, never heard anything. Is the spring the vertical slab of rubber? Do I need to remove the wheel to inspect? Looks like they are enclosed behind metal supports.
