Well I couldn't waite any longer. I took down the under belly covering to expose the gate valves. I replaced the pull cables and greased the cables with tefelon king pin grease. I also loosened the valve seals and greased the valve stem. The stem is what was sticking. I have pictures of the holding tanks and valves. If anyone would like to view them drop me an email @
