Our rig was ordered with the stackables and the washer is the top load Kenmore. The original washer wouldnot drain when first tested by the dealer. It took 2 weeks to get a replacement motor. After it was installed it worked for 2 loads of laundry then quit. DT replaced the washer and it has worked fine since.
Given the simplicity of the machines I don't understand why they have had problems with them. It's not rocket science.
