The air for the trailair syst is pretty basic. Just lines running from the back of the service panel that you can access in behind through the basement, and the lines run to each side of the axles.

Does it go down fast, slow?

Or no air going in at all? Check the valve stem as mentioned.

You can disconnect the line from the bags at the axle and check for air.

If it just leaks down slow, try putting 100 psi in it and leave over night. This helps to seat the connections (push type) then set to your req press.
