John that was done properly ( were not stupid), and we were told that this new model, which was an AC/Heatpump but cheaper made was the new replacement. There was no arguing with Dometic about it! We found out later up in Lagrane, IN. after some other warranty work at Paul's place that he was already installing these same cheaper units for warrany replacements. He ran into the same problems and had received a shim that Doubletree was using when they now install them.
