When we did our walk-through back in May for pickup, the service tech told us to air up our pin box bag as much as possible. Then we were to hitch up the fifth wheel. After that, we were to lower that pressure down to the tops of the arrows.

We found out later, that the unit (pickup and fifth wheel) needs to be level before letting air out of the pin box bag. Our parking pad is not level and after the first time of hooking up, the coach didn't ride as well as it does when it is level before letting out air.
