We have awnings on the bedroom, slide out windows and the kitchen. The bedroom ones are particularly useful when the RV Park has brighrt street lights.
We reversed our day night window shades. They open up, vice down, now we can leave the very top of our windows unscreened so we can look out, and retain our privacy.
I've added shelves and electrical outlets when possible which has helped.
The best modification allows me to use our air ride suspension air compressor to inflate our tires. It takes time but it is worth it.
