We have been on 3 of them--once before we bought one and two since then while we were at the factory getting repairs. They used to have them two days a week, but had changed to just one day a week when we last were there. You can call ahead and find out what day they give a tour. We didn't have to make an appointment, just had to be there the day and time they do tours. We took many, many pictures to remind us where everything is located. Enjoy....
