As to the cabinet latches--this is my second Suites and both suffer from the broken latches. Be aware, if you want to replace them, there are 2 models--one is much more robust than the factory ones. Everytime I break a latch, I replace with the larger ones--just have to move the mounting holes on the door. The cabinet locking part works with both sizes. Usually available at every RV parts store, just take a close look at the hook part and you will see what I mean. You can also just buy the hook parts if you look carefully.
I really dislike working on cabinets--never know when I am putting the holes in the correct place.
