Pierce, neither of these RV's are suitable for winter living. I don't know where you are, but you mentioned skirting. You would have a tough time making it through a normal winter with either of these. I might also add, your first RV manufacturer is not well known. I am not sure it is even still in Oregon. The second is a respected, middle of the line, RV manufacturer, but this unit is priced way, way too high. Yes, even in CD.
