Laudable that you expect new everything on a 2015 model, but that is why the price is 42% off. As porkchop mentioned--if you are going to park it for several years, the tires may not be roadable anyway at that time.
If I were set on that model, at 42% off, tires would not be a deal-killer. However, it isn't my money...
