Wish I could help you with this issue. I had our 2008 MS system working fine but now we have a 2017 MS. The systems are very different.
I just can't remember how I got it to work without actually seeing the components again.
Maybe we'll meet on the road sometime and if so, I'm sure we could get it to work. I know there were a lot of buttons to push.
