I have a 2011 that my rear stabilizers would drop. It was diagnosed as the internal seal within the jack was leaking.
Mine was repaired by robertsqualityrv.com just outside of Cinncinnati adtually in southern Indiana. They completely rebuild the jacks with a larger seal.
I highly recommend Roberts quality rv repair.
