I tow my 20K Elite Suite with a 2001 F550 Crew Cab Starhauler and it's near being maxed out. Besides all that I need a half of a football field just to turn the truck around.
If I were in your shoes I'd go for a used FL, PB or Volvo. They are out there to be had at good prices and soon will be the best time to buy.
