DH is in construction. And we have yet to see a perfect house or building perfect in the 30+ years he's been doing this. Why would an RV be any different.

Some problems are simpler to fix than others. Our 2009 MS is better built than our 2006 ES was. But it's also the design changes that fixed some of the earlier issues.

As for the comment on Carriage. We took the Carriage factory tour first and then the DRV tour. No comparison on quality inside the walls, etc. That's why we chose an MS vs the overpriced Royal's model.
