When you get to Dallas, United RV in Ft Worth has a huge inventory of parts if you need something.
Which outlet other than the island is not working--the one on the countertop to right of stove? There is an electrical junction box on the frame under the kitchen slide out that might need to be checked...but I wouldn't think it would have anything to do with the island.
