You know how sometimes a little thing doesn't mean much at the time but later it makes sense? I remembered in Branson it took an extra 2X6 under one side to level. At the time we didn't think too much about it. Also the wear from the spring against the frame indicated it had been that way for some time. Fortunately the frame is designed with a pocket to catch the spring if the bolt breaks (not so at the center shackles).
