I just replaced the internal rubber gasket inside the valve.
Very easy to do and not reall all that messy. Just make sure you drain and rince black tank then tilt the trailer to the door side once the dripping stops from the drain..on mine any way. Just a little yucky water came out from around the valve itself..replace hole valve with new or just the black rubber seal..
The old seal was all torn up on mine.
Again very easy to do yourself. I did have to remove the water filter, I was able to place a small container under the work area and some old rags just in case.
