The sewer leaks and piping breakage was just one of my major issues with my 38RL3. The sewer piping is too long and with just one little flimsy strap holding everything, it allows all the piping to move back and forth damaging pipe fittings, breaking shutoff valves, and loosing clamps at the tanks. Some have cut some of the piping off and I chose the unistrut supports to hold the 3 inch sewer piping in place and not allowing it to move as a permanent solution. I got extremely tired of having to make repairs every time I used it. The piping also destroyed the plastic box that contains the shut-off valves. When my tanks would leak I would just tighten the clamps at the outlet of the tank.
