This really belongs in the DRV thread area since it is directly related. Your experience resembles mine but is actually a bit worse. I hope you get things taken care of. It took me the entire warranty period of 2 years to get most of the major things taken care of. There are still items I have to deal with constantly like a leaking window that defies any solution.

Seeing the warranty period cut in half on newer units did not make me inclined to think things had gotten better. I think that getting a new unit at the end of the model year (July / August) is the best way to have problems with the unit.
