No, never been charged. Sometimes I have a problem explaining what I need, but if I insist I want the SERVICE ADDRESS changed, not the BILLING ADDRESS, then they finally understand. Changing back is easier since they are returning both addresses to same place.
Maybe I should make a note that we have 3 receivers, and the one in the trailer is dedicated to that. And pay extra for HD on it.
