Jim, you might take a look at possibly adjusting the door down a little, or have a dealer take a look at it. On our '05 RE, there is a board at the top of the door on the B/R side, with plug-buttons covering the board attach screw holes. With the board off, the door has up/down adjustment nuts on the two track roller door hangers. Adjusting these nuts, you can raise or lower the door, for possibly correcting your problem. Also, if the door doesn't flush up to the door-jam correctly, adjusting these nuts would correct that.

Any adjustment made to the door may require some adjustment be made to the latch plate on the door jam, in order for the latch to connect.

Asssuming you might have another thing or two you need dealer service for, this should be a simple item for them to correct.
