You don’t need to call anyone. Simply email DRV parts if you are under warranty and they will send you the part free of charge. I found a broken cabinet door catch last weeend. I emailed parts at
DCRVParts@Cruiserrv.com and copied Greg Weldon of DRV in the email. I include my model, VIN number and shipping address in the email along with a short explanation of the issue or part needed. I had a response the next morning saying they were shipping me the new catches out that day.
