A few questions before I post a few suggestions/comments.

Are you connected to shore power? Do the 12v lights inside the RV come on? Do you have a multi-meter?

If your connected to shore power disconnect and see if 12v lights inside RV come on. Also, check if the front and rear jacks work.

While disconnected from shore power, test voltage at the pump motor while someone activates one of the slide switches.

Also, if you need to open or close the slides there is a manual override at the hydraulic pump. Use a cordless drill with a socket (not sure what size) to activate the pump and get things moving.
