John on our first replacement, the unit was replaced by a cheaper unit and the tech didn't even know if it was the right unit until he made a phone call and found out they were replacing it with a cheaper version. Then he had to drill new bolt holes. Once he had it in he found it was not level and bound the motor up and had to take it off and shim it level. Now how would he know all this? We did not get the quality AC/heatpump unit we paid for either, but I guess that is what they are putting on all of them now. Maybe they should have stuck with making them in the US.
