Janice, you got taken to the cleaners. Both of my AC units were replaced in under 3 hours, which was a 3 hour job according to Dometic. Look at my posting about AC troubles, as I just had both replaced, the front 13.5K is on the 2nd replacement, and 1 repair between replacements. I will check to see if I can find you a reliable repair service in Albuquerque. Check back.
